Now that we’re finally starting to dig into the Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones, we’re unearthing some more details on what you can and can’t do with this first build. Take Cortana, for example. As with the desktop preview of Windows 10, Cortana seemingly hasn’t make the trip around the world.
