Google Play Store take PayPal

Well now this is some pretty good news for a number of people and reasons. Google has just enabled the ability to pay for apps and games through the Play Store with PayPal. The option is available for people in 12 countries. Including Australia, Canada, Germany, U.S., U.K., Italy and others. The whole list can be seen at Google Play Payment Support.

If that isn’t exciting enough, there is more news to be had. Seven more countries now have carrier billing option which brings the total carrier billing support up to 24 countries, including Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.

Finally, the Google developer blog also points out that Google Play Gift Cards are available in 13 countries too.

Let us know if you see the new payment option and if you plan to start using your PayPal account or not.
