Robinhood hits the Play Store, aims to simplify stock trading
Robinhood, once exclusive to iOS, is now available on Android as a free download! The application aims to provide a new way to buy and sell stocks by lowering aggravating fees that come with stock trading.
Robinhood for Android offers free stock trading. That’s right–no more paying the piper that dastardly $10 transaction fee to buy or sell a stock! Keep in mind that others fees do apply, such as SEC and FINRA regulatory fees.
Equipped with real-time market data and quotes, fully encrypted SSL security, a slick user interface, Robinhood aims to provide its users with one of the best stock trading experiences on a mobile platform.
