Health O Meter’s Nuyu range debuts new wellness products

Health O Meter, a brand of Jarden Coproration, is showing off its Nuyu range that offers four wellness products and most of them are available starting today. The new products include an activity tracker, smart scale, fitness programs, and sleep monitor to help improve your health by collecting data and providing recommendations. Coaching Plans:

The Coaching Plans (Coming Soon) are customizable 12-week wellness programs with step-by-step guidance to help reach specific wellness goals including: weight loss, healthy aging, stress reduction and more. An initial health assessment recommends personalized programs and timelines to achieve goals with a virtual partner. Programs include daily tips, exercise demonstrations, nutrition plans, grocery lists and more within the app. The “coach” formulates recommendations based on data, activity and learned patterns over time from the Activity Monitor and Wireless Scale, sending messages such as “get more rest” or “extend your next workout.” The programs also prepare recipes and meal plans customized by dietary allergies and preferences.
