Amazon Fire Phone $189 with 1 year of Prime starting now
Amazon Fire Phone
You might have heard about the Amazon Fire Phone which debuted are this time last year (if you didn’t, we don’t blame you). It was a mid range device that ran Amazons Fire OS, had a quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, a 13 MP camera and some Amazon exclusive features such as Firefly, Mayday, Dynamic Perspective. The device was supposed to help propel Amazon into the smartphone industry but unfortunately the Amazon Fire Phone sold very poorly due to its lackluster specs and features. Nonetheless, if you are in the market for a cheap phone without a contract, the Amazon Fire Phone is now going for only $189 with a 1 year subscription to Amazon Prime.
This is a great deal if you wish to have a spare phone around, or had been meaning to renew your Amazon Prime subscription but had been putting it off. Now you can do so and get a smartphone while doing so (albeit you will have to pay a bit more..) Anyway, if you wish to take advantage of the reduced price, you can head over to Amazon using the link provided below.

Xbox One May dashboard preview includes option to stream games to other devices
Xbox’s Major Nelson took to Twitter yesterday to mention that a dashboard preview update would be rolling out, and that it would mostly contain bug fixes and refinements for April’s update. The Major also noted that May’s new features would arrive for preview members later this month.
Today’s patch may have given us a clue as to what exactly will be in that feature update. The preferences section now lists “Allow game streaming to other devices (beta)” underneath System & App settings.

We’ve already got our hands on the BlackBerry Leap and have given it a pretty lengthy review, so go ahead and have a look for yourself and see if the BlackBerry Leap is for you. You can also take a look at the full press release from BlackBerry. As a reminder, the BlackBerry Leap is priced at $275 USD but that will vary slightly from region to region.

Twittly moves into v2.0.300 – Update available now in BlackBerry World
Nemory has been hard at work getting Twittly running in tip top shape and now the time has come to release an update to BlackBerry World. Appearing as v2.0.300, this release covers a lot of changes to Twittly so it’s fair to say it’s a pretty significant update that you’ll want to get downloaded as soon as possible.
We’ve got the full changelog for everyone to parse through, but I want to highlight one particular thing since I know some people never fully read. If you’re an existing Twittly user, you must uninstall then re-Install or log out then re-login in order for the updates to take effect. Otherwise, you might end up with some old settings lingering around.
