Samsung offers Galaxy S6 & S6 Edge owners a free Uber journey
Thanks a recently developed partnership between Samsung and Uber, owners of the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge who reside in the United States will be able to enjoy a free taxi journey up to the value of $25 through the company’s Galaxy Gifts mobile application.
Here’s how to take advantage of the promotion:
- Go to Galaxy Gifts on a Samsung Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge.
- Download the Uber app and sign up.
- A $25 discount (in the US) is automatically added to the phone’s Uber account.
- Tap the Uber button and take a ride.
Unfortunately, this promotion is restricted to US customers only, but European residents have some pretty neat promotions coming there way in the not-too-distant future — so stay tuned.
