Microsoft reveals Surface 3 with Windows 8.1, starting at $499 and on sale May 5
Microsoft has just announced the Surface 3, a new 10.8-inch tablet that runs Windows 8.1. Pre-orders begin today and the tablet will go on sale in the US May 5, and sold in 27 markets by May 7.
