Microsoft launches the Lumia 640 DTV and Lumia 640 XL in Brazil this week
Microsoft is launching two of their newest Windows Phone devices, the Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL, this week in one of the operating system’s biggest markets, Brazil. The Lumia 640 will be offered with support for digital television (DTV).
