Sprint on Thursday doubled down on its data allotment for the $20 Family Share Pack plan. Effective immediately, customers receive 1GB of data, up from the previous bucket of 500MB. Add in your non-discounted smartphone for $25 per month and single line subscribers will be looking at $45 per month for unlimited talk, text, and 1GB data.

Sprint remains committed to providing the best value in wireless by giving customers the 1GB shared data allowance for $20 with the Sprint Family Share Pack. That’s double the data offered by Verizon and more than 3 times the data offered by AT&T at the same price point.

Adding more smartphones is $25 each for plans up to 16GB monthly data. Tablets are $10 per month while mobile broadband devices are $20 per month.

Note that there is no cancellation or service contract when using a non-discounted smartphone.
