Adblock Browser
[Price: Free]
Adblock has become a commonplace occurrence and it was only a matter of time before a browser was released that had this functionality built in. The Adblock Browser is, overall, a simple browser that does most of the basic browser stuff like bookmarks and, of course, browsing the web. It does have the ad-blocking built in which will remove most ads from most sites. There are some bugs here and there but overall it seems to be pretty solid.

FIFA 16 Ultimate Team
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Another big name game came out this last month and it was FIFA 16 Ultimate Team. This is the successor to FIFA 15 and will likely rank among the best sports games released this year. It brought a whole new gaming engine which looks phenomenal but has been a problem to run on many devices. Also, in the typical EA style, there are some rather aggressive in-app purchases. Still, this is a solid sports game if you can get passed that other stuff.

Google Wallet
[Price: Free]
Earlier this month, Google officially evolved the original Google Wallet into Android Pay and filled the void with this new Google Wallet app. It doesn’t handle NFC payments anymore, but it does show you things like your account history, account balance, transactions, and you can manage your Google Wallet Card. It’s wrapped up in beautiful Material Design and if you use Android Pay, you should really already have this also.

Khan Academy
[Price: Free]
Khan Academy has actually be around for a while but previously the application was in beta. Now it’s out for public consumption and with it comes better stability and a whole ton of features. Mirrativ
[Price: Free]
Mirrativ is a unique application that allows you to capture whatever it is you’re doing on your Android device and then stream that to other people. Think of it like Periscope mixed with Twitch except it’s not limited to using just Twitter or playing games. It requires Android 5.0 to use it and it works reasonably well in most cases. However, do beware of those bugs because they do exist. Otherwise, this is pretty fun.

Move to iOS and Stick with Android
[Price: Free]
Hilariously, two applications came out this last month that do exactly what they say they’re going to do. The first was Move to iOS which actually does work despite the perceived slap to the face. Following in its footsteps was Stick with Android, an application that also does exactly what it says it does. Between these two goofy apps, you can move to iOS or stay on Android, the choice is yours.

Order & Chaos 2: Redemption
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Not to be left in the dust by Eternity Warriors 4, Gameloft released their next iteration of Order & Chaos, dubbed Order & Chaos 2: Redemption. This MMORPG delivers hack-and-slash game play, online co-op mode, online PvP, and even online trading. There is a ton of story line content and quests to go on although it can get a bit overwhelming from time to time. It’s a fun game but do beware of the early release bugs.

Pokemon Shuffle
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
For years now, Pokemon fans have been pining for a real, legitimate Pokemon game on mobile. Well, we now officially have a Pokemon game although it’s not quite what we were expecting. Pokemon Shuffle is a match-three style of game where you do battle with other Pokemon by matching icons similar to Bejeweled. There’s a lot of content and plenty of official Pokemon fun. It’s not the game we wanted, but it’s a start and we appreciate it.

UNKILLED
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Last and certainly not least this month is UNKILLED. This is a title out of MADFINGER Games, the same studio that brought us the Dead Trigger series. It’s all wrapped up in some really impressive graphics for a mobile game and it’s free to play. It’s a great little first person shooter.

It’s also totally free so there’s no harm in grabbing it.

Welcome back to Android Apps Weekly! Here are your headlines for this week:
- Google has released three apps aimed directly at Android Marshmallow. Two of them deal with MIDI sounds and the third is a direct share application. They’re not in the Play Store but are more like examples for other developers.
- Google has announced that they’re now selling Google Play gift cards in India. While this doesn’t necessarily fix the problem of not allowing people to use debit cards, it should help alleviate the problem a great deal. They’re available in select retailers and online at snapdeal.com.
- Earlier this week, the Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service decreed that Google must unbundle Google Apps from devices so that it only ships with Google Play. This would, ostensibly, allow users to choose their own apps instead of being pressured into using Google services.
- The long awaited Minecraft: Story Mode game from Telltale Games now has an official release date and it’s October 15th. We’ve seen trailers and Telltale has a good reputation for making awesome games. Prepare your wallets!
- Mark Zuckerberg announced this week that Facebook will be getting a Dislike button. Unfortunately, it won’t be used to show distaste, but rather to show sympathy because Zuckerberg doesn’t want Facebook to turn into a site like Reddit. It’s in testing now so it’s not far away from being released.

First up this week is Chariot. Chariot is a console game that first made its appearance on Xbox One and PS4 but now it has been ported to Android. You play as a princess and you’re tasked with carrying a funeral wagon through all kinds of scenarios. The graphics are colorful and well done, the controls are simple to learn, and the game has tons of quirky, dark humor. The only problem is that it’s an NVIDIA Shield Console exclusive.

Order & Chaos 2: Redemption
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Gameloft’s Order & Chaos Online was one of the most popular MMORPGs to grace the Google Play Store and now Order & Chaos 2 is out. There are a lot of the same elements as the first one with co-op game play, PVP battling, and plenty of hero combinations to choose from. Gameloft has expanded on the campaign mode with a metric ton of things to do and the graphics got a slight boost as well. It’s free to play with in-app purchases and has had favorable reviews so far.

Nibblers
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Nibblers is the latest game out of Rovio and the first since they laid off about 1/3 of their employees a few weeks ago. This is a Candy Crush style, match-3 game with a combat component where you have to match-3 to defeat bad guys. It follows a simple story of fish battling lizards much like the birds battled the pigs. The graphics are colorful and this is a good game for kids as well as adults. It’s free to play if you’re interested.

Move to iOS
[Price: Free]
Oh boy Apple released their first app to the Play Store and, surprise surprise, it’s an application aimed to get people away from Android. The app works pretty much as the name implies without too much of a hassle so if you actually need it for its intended purpose, it does work well most of the time. Hilariously, the Android community has responded in kind, if a bit predicably with a sea of 1-star ratings making this the most hated app since Facebook Home. Welcome to Google Play, Apple. Enjoy your stay.

Microsoft Send
[Price: Free]
Last up this week is a new application out of Microsoft called Send. This is an email application that tries to treat emails like instant messages to give it a more natural, quick, and ergonomic feeling. This is similar to an app we looked at a while back called WeMail so if you’ve used that, you kind of know what this is like. Unfortunately, it’s invite only right now so if you want to check it out, you’ll have to get in line.

5 Android apps you shouldn’t miss this week! – Android Apps Weekly
Sponsored by: Daily Calculator Free
[Price: Free / $0.99]
This week’s Android Apps Weekly is sponsored by Daily Calculator Free. This application was designed to look good and be easy to use, all of which it does extremely well. Some of the features include multiple color themes, the ability to copy the calculation by long pressing, and even some customization options. You can even enable and disable memory buttons, change the keypad layout, and change the display format. It’s easy to use and it’s totally free with no in-app purchases or you can get the ad-free version for $0.99. Give it a shot and show your support for the Android Apps Weekly show!
Get it now on Google Play!

Welcome back to Android Apps Weekly! Here are your headlines from the last week:
- Google announced earlier this week that the minimum price for an application in India has gone down. Originally, the price was set to 50 rupees and that has now dropped to 10 rupees. This will allow app devs to sell their application for less money and, hopefully, encourage people to buy more apps.
- In an unusually stupid move, Pandora will being offering a one-day pass of ad-free listening for $0.99. This adds up to about $30 per month and at that point, you might as well just use Spotify, or Google Play Music, or, you know, anything else. We don’t foresee this being too big of a deal although you never know with how people spend money these days.
- Earlier this week, Ironhide Game Studio, developers of the famed Kingdom Rush franchise, announced on Twitter that their first Kingdom Rush game is now free (with in-app purchases) and will remain that way. Even if it’s old, it’s still a solid little tower defense game and worth checking out.
- A new Humble Bundle is out now and includes such games as One More Line, Toy Defense, the Double Dragon Trilogy, and Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath. You can get all of these games for the average price of just over $4 which is far less than you’d pay normally and this is a great way to give to charity!
- Last up this week, it was announced that YouTube has found a way around AdBlock. In a hilarious twist, users of AdBlock and similar apps go from not having to see ads to not being able to skip them unless they disable AdBlock. Users are understandably pissed and I’m sure the comment section will reflect that.

You Sunk for Android Wear
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
You Sunk for Android Wear is, as you’d imagine, a game for Android Wear. In this simple game, you’re tasked with sinking all of the enemy battleships using a variety of weapons. The game can be played on either a phone or an Android Wear watch but it seems to be a little more fun on the watch. There are also power ups, different time settings, and even nukes if you want them. It’s free to download but do beware of the release day bugs.

VirusTotal Uplink
[Price: Free]
VirusTotal Uplink is a newer antivirus application and virus scanner that scans your files and apps on command or you can have it run in the background. It’s well designed and comes with a very small footprint at 1.4MB. I know a lot of people don’t use antivirus apps and that’s okay but this seems to be something worth trying for those who do use Android antivirus applications. It is totally free with no in-app purchases

Kill Me Again: Infectors
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Kill Me Again: Infectors is a match-3 puzzle game with some fighting game elements mixed in. Unlike most puzzle games that use these mechanics, this one actually kind of has a story line. It is a zombie game where you must survive in a world run by zombies but the cinematic graphics are pretty decent, the mechanics are solid, and it’s actually a pretty fun little time waster. It’s also free to download if you’re interested but again, watch out for those early bugs.

Adblock Browser for Android
[Price: Free]
In an amusing bit of irony, the Adblock Browser was released earlier this week. In terms of pure browsing power, the Adblock Browser isn’t all that special. It does the basic browser stuff without a lot of bells and whistles. Obviously the main focus of this application is to block advertising and that is something that it does well. It’s worth a try if ad-blocking is something that’s important to you. As with most new apps, there are also a few bugs out of the gate.

In anticipation for the upcoming Android Pay rollout, Google has taken the Google Wallet functionality and put it in its own application. With this app you’ll be able to view your balance, manage your Google Wallet card if you have one, send and receive money, and a lot more. It’s essentially what the current Google Wallet app did except this one doesn’t do tap-to-pay transactions. If you use any of these features, you’ll want this app because we imagine that it’ll be leaving the current Google Wallet app once it turns into Android Pay.

10 best guitar tuner apps for Android

One of the oldest uses for smartphones was using the microphone to tune your guitar. Granted, it wasn’t all that great but it did work in a pinch. These days, guitar tuner apps are far better than they once were as are phone microphones. That has made the task much better. As any stringed instrument player can tell you, it’s always good to have a tuner on you. Here are the best guitar tuner apps for Android.
Chromatic Guitar Tuner
[Price: Free]
First up is Chromatic Guitar Tuner. This is a simple tuner with a good looking interface and decent functionality. Like most, it recognizes not just guitar, but other instruments including bass, banjo, ukulele, violin, and others. It also includes a digital tuning fork for additional tuning options if needed. It looks good, it’s super simple, and it’s totally free.

Cifra Club Tuner
[Price: Free]
Cifra Club Tuner is probably the most simple tuner on the list. It is totally free and, as such, is a tad bereft of features. However, if you just want to tune something very quickly, this is a good way to go. As most go, you can still use this for bass, banjo, ukulele, etc so it does still work for other instruments. Not much else to say about this one. It’s quick and simple.

Cleartune Chromatic Tuner
[Price: $3.99]
Cleartune is next and it’s another simple app that works well. The interesting part of this one is that it can boast star power including The Killers and Gorillaz which is nice bragging rights. It includes a dial-tuner interface so you can tune practically any stringed instrument you own. It boasts high precision, a needle dampening option, and automatic note selection if needed. It’s a solid option but it doesn’t work well on small-screened devices so if you’re under 4-inches in size, you may need to look elsewhere.

DaTuner
[Price: Free / $2.93]
DaTuner is an interesting mixture of complex and simple. It has some features to make things easy like auto-sensitivity and the screen turns green when the tuning is right as opposed to making you try to navigate a dial or needle tuner. Obviously pros will still want those features but this is nice and easy for beginners. If you get the pro version, you can get additional advanced features. It’s also worth noting that both the free and paid version is ad free!

gStrings Tuner
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
gStrings Tuner is an old-school option that’s been around for years. It has a dial-style tuner and plenty of options including microphone sensitivity and themes. Like the others, you’ll be able to tune just about any stringed instrument with this as long as you know what you’re doing. It’s another simple option without too many features but you can even tune a piano with this one which is kind of cool.

GuitarTuna
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
GuitarTuna is one of the more flashy options with plenty of features. It boasts “professional” quality tuning with a built-in metronome, a simple interface, and a host of features to help people learn how to play guitar or hone their already budding skills. This is definitely the app to try if you’re a beginner just learning and it’s still alright if you’ve been around for a while.

Pano Tuner
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Pano Tuner is a very simple application with a nice design and a dial-style tuner. The interface looks nice and there are a few under-the-hood features to help you get the tuning right. They include microphone sensitivity settings, adjusting the concert frequency, and support for non-standard tuning. Like others, this app covers pretty much any stringed instrument.

PitchLab Guitar Tuner
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
PitchLab Guitar Tuner is another one with a whole load of features. The interface is all digital with a dial-style tuning and includes multiple virtualization modes. The free version is quite nice but the really good stuff requires an upgrade to the premium version (maximum of $2.99). Those features includes a chord matrix, stage tuner, polyphonic tuner, pitch spectrogram, and many, many more. This is a heavy app with a lot of features for those who need something extra.

Pro Guitar Tuner
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Pro Guitar Tuner aims to be exactly what its name says it is: a tuner for the pros. This is from the makers of the online guitar tuner of the same name. It includes support for many different tuning options, samples of what a properly tuned instrument should sound like, and supports for many stringed instruments. It’s a good option that keeps it simple.

Smart Chords and Tools
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Smart Chords and Tools is another tuner app with a whole bunch of features. Along with a tuner that works with most stringed instruments, you’ll find a chord library with over 220 chords, 200 predefined tunings, and different settings based on your guitar playing experience. There is simply a lot of stuff in this application and it’ll take you forever to get through it all. This is great for pretty much anyone who wants something more than a tuner. It likens itself to a playground for musicians. We agree.

Welcome back to Android Apps Weekly! Let’s jump right into the headlines!
- Google is giving a look at its new design language which is aimed to make everything on the web and mobile look the same. So far Google Search has been updated to mixed reviews thanks to the colored microphone but otherwise it looks pretty good. Google also has a new logo!
- Samsung has announced that they’ve been working with European digital publisher Axel Springer to create a curated news app for their Galaxy devices. It’ll be known as UPDAY which will debut in select markets soon and slowly roll out to everyone else.
- Noodlecake Studios has announced that they’re working with Built By Snowman to bring the hit iOS game Alto’s Adventure to Android. The snowboarding game was hailed for its slick graphics and unique game play. We’re excited about it!
- Dendroid developer, Morgan Culbertson, pleaded guilty to federal charges revolving around the creation of his malware app. The malware would infect devices and give the hacker access to all kinds of wicked things. If convincted, Morgan could face up to 10 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
- YouTube is preparing for a fundamental change. According to multiple sources, it will evolve into a mixture of free videos, ad-supported videos, and premium videos complete with a paywall. According to other sources, this is because YouTube actually doesn’t contribute to profit and Google wants to change that.

While you’re at it, why not check out our Twitch channel? There we stream games and have some fun. Our next scheduled stream is at 4PM EST on Monday, September 7th. Why only one day this week? The other days we usually stream we’ll be dedicating to getting our YouTube Gaming channel up and running!
Google On
[Price: Free]
Google has released a new application called Google On. This nifty little app is used to control, configure, and interface with the Google OnHub router and it remains one of the best router interfaces I’ve ever seen. It has a good design, it’s simple to use, and it makes it much easier to manage. It’s totally free but, of course, you’ll need the Google OnHub router which will run you $199.

Mirrativ
[Price: Free]
Mirrativ is a new streaming application that works a bit differently than most. Where Periscope uses your camera and Twitch does games, Mirrativ allows you to stream pretty much anything you’re doing on your device. It is in beta so you can expect bugs here and there, but it’s a nifty idea that even lets people engage with whatever it is that you’re streaming. It’s also free to use.

Street View on Google Maps
[Price: Free]
Street View the application has been around for quite some time but it was updated to version 2.0 this last week and has become a full-fledged standalone application. It still does most of the same Street View things like give you 360-degree imagery and it still contributes to Google Maps. With the new update, you can push photospheres to Street View for immediate use. It’ll be a fun app to keep around.

UNKILLED

UNKILLED is the latest shooter out of Madfinger Games, developers of the acclaimed Shadowgun and Dead Trigger games. This one features fantastic graphics and simple game play where you collect weapons, mow down zombies, and a lot more. There are boss fights, over 300 missions, and over 50 weapons to collect and use. We’re not entirely sure why this wasn’t just called Dead Trigger 3 but it’s still fun. Just beware of those release day bugs!

Pokemon Shuffle Mobile
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
For the first time in the history of mobile gaming, there is a real, actual Pokemon game now available for Google Play. Unfortunately, it isn’t the kind we really wanted but at least it’s a start. This Pokemon game is a matching puzzle game where you must match icons and that deals damage to the Pokemon you’re currently battling. It’s cutesy and simple and worth a shot if you like Pokemon.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3vkEai-hks
August has come and gone and with it marks the beginning of the end of the season. It also left us with a bunch of awesome new Android apps and games! Let’s take a quick look at the best ones released this last month.
Fallout Shelter
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Fallout Shelter turned a lot of heads when it was released on iOS back at E3 2015 and turned even more once it was released on Android. It’s a sim builder where you must create a Vault for survivors and help coax the new community into thriving. It comes packed with things to do including building rooms, exploring the wasteland, and even making babies. There is plenty of that classic Fallout quirkiness to make it feel authentic.

Final Fantasy Portal App
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Fans of the Final Fantasy series got a new application this last month that lets them stay up to date on the latest Final Fantasy news. On top of that, the app also includes the Triple Triad card game from Final Fantasy VIII with an updated deck that allows you to collect characters from most games in the series. You can also play the original Final Fantasy right from the application. It’s about as good as it gets for a portal app.

FishBrain
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
FishBrain is an application developed specifically for those who like to go fishing. It’s a crowd sourced application which means other people using the app are the ones providing the data and you can see what fish are biting, where they’re being caught, and there is even a built-in competition where you can climb leaderboards in your favorite fishing spots. It’s a fun little app for anglers and it’s free to download.

Focus is a new gallery application with a lot of fun features. It includes an extensive tagging system that allows you to organize and easily find your photos. You can also sort by date and it comes with gif support along with support for pretty much any other image. Framed
[Price: $0.99]
Framed is a new puzzle game out of Noodlecake Studios and it is actually really fun. The premise is you have a bunch of movie panels that play short video clips. Your job is to arrange them in their logical order so that the right actions happen. If you do, you can advance and if not then you fail the level. It also comes with a decent soundtrack, plenty of game play, and a cheap price tag. It’s definitely a different kind of puzzle game.

Lara Croft GO
[Price: $4.99]
Lara Croft GO is a new puzzle game out of Square Enix where you raid abandoned ruins as the famous Lara Croft. It’s a board-game style puzzler where you must move around, solve puzzles, find hidden items, and kill bad guys to continue on to the next level. It’s beautifully designed, easy to play, and it does feel a bit like a Tomb Raider game. It’s a bit expensive for how short it is, but it is a very well executed game.

Mirrativ
[Price: Free]
Mirrativ is a brand new application that allows you to broadcast pretty much anything on your device to the world. Before, there were ways to do it with games and broadcasting your camera like Periscope. This allows you to stream anything on your phone and allows people to watch and comment. It’s a unique premise but it is in beta so expect some bugs. It’s also only usable by devices running Android 5.0 or higher.

Pac-Man 256
[Price: Free with in-app purchases]
Pac-Man 256 is an infinite runner version of the classic Pacman game. However, unlike most bastardizations where the infinite runner aspect makes the game feel hollow, Pac-Man 256 actually still feels like Pac-Man. You still deal with ghosts and you must eat pellets to increase your score, but now you have to do it fast enough to not die. It’s surprisingly good for a Freemium game and worth checking out.

Webmaker
[Price: Free]
Mozilla quietly released an application earlier this month called Webmaker. This nifty little application allows you to create web pages right from your device. You don’t need a lot of web design experience although from what I’ve seen, a little HTML and CSS knowledge certainly doesn’t hurt. The app is also open source which is always a good thing and comes with a variety of templates to play with. It’s also totally free.

YouTube Gaming
[Price: Free]
Last and certainly not least this month is YouTube Gaming. Google’s competitor to Twitch is now in the wild and the accompanying app is made to help people find the channels and games they want to watch. It’s a totally free application and it’s easy enough to use. It also comes with notifications to let you know when live streams are starting, chat rooms, and a lot more. It’s going to be fun and we’ll be there very soon.

5 Android apps you shouldn’t miss this week! – Android Apps Weekly
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zp0G5sAdsQA
Welcome back to the Android Apps Weekly show! Let’s jump right into the headlines for this week:
- Microsoft is now letting people download Cortana as part of a public beta which is the first time it’s been officially available to the public. There is only one problem and that is that you cannot participate in the public beta unless you live in the United States. We don’t think that’ll change which kinda sucks.
- A new app called Vysor was leaked recently and it prompted developer Koushik Dutta to just release the application. It’s a Chrome app that lets you easily control your Android device from your computer. It’s a nifty tool even if it’s in beta and keep an eye out for pricing because there will be some pricing options eventually.
- Facebook M has been officially announced and much like the leaks said, it’ll be a personal assistant that lives inside of Facebook Messenger that helps you buy things along with a suite of other functions for productivity. It’s currently in testing and we have no clue when it’ll be available to the public.
- Earlier this week, Rovio announced that they’ll be laying off 1/3 of their work force. The speculation is that the Angry Birds franchise is finally starting to falter as the company just released Angry Birds 2 not long ago. The company maintains that it made these layoffs to be leaner and more agile.
- Earlier this week, Amazon killed off the free app of the day and replaced it with a new application called Amazon Underground. The new app is meant to offer a lot more apps that the company is calling “actually free”. You can download and install Amazon Underground just like any other Amazon app.
For even more Android apps headlines, updates, and new releases, don’t forget to check out this week’s newsletter. There we have a whole lot more apps and games news that we didn’t have time for here. If you’re so inclined, you can even sign up using your email address and we’ll send it to you every Friday!

AMC
[Price: Free]
Late last week, AMC released its own official application to the Google Play Store. It comes with a lineup of AMC programming including The Walking Dead, Better Call Saul, Hell on WHeels, and a lot more. You do need a cable subscription to have access most of the content but some stuff you’ll be able to access for free. It’s missing some features here and there and the app is suffering from release day bugs, but it’s worth keeping an eye on.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge+ Experience app
[Price: Free]
Earlier this week, Samsung released the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge+ experience apps. The point of these apps is to show people what kind of experience they can get with these devices and Samsung has released similar apps in the past for their flagships. They’re fairly easy to use and it’s a nice experience to have if you plan on buying either of these devices or just want to see what they’re all about.

YouTube Gaming
[Price: Free]
YouTube Gaming is finally official and Google has released the official app to prove it. Google’s competitor to Twitch is in full swing and the application will give you access to everyone who is streaming games. You’ll also be able to engage with past broadcasts, plenty of channel and page browsing options, and the app will offer live streams from large events like E3, PAX, and Gamescon. It’s definitely worth checking out and hey, you’ll see us there very soon!

Framed
[Price: $0.99]
Framed is an award-winning puzzle game with a unique premise. You are given a set of video clips which you must arrange to create a certain story scene. If you do it incorrectly, you lose and if you do it right, you can proceed. It’s backed by a pretty decent jazz soundtrack and there is a lot of game here to play. It’s definitely something a bit different and actually very fun to play. It’s only $0.99 and it’s worth every penny.

Lara Croft GO
[Price: $4.99]
Last and certainly not least this week is Lara Croft GO. This highly anticipated game has finally made its way to Google Play to extremely positive reviews so far. This title features 75 puzzles over five chapters as you guide Lara through obstacles and fights with various creatures. It holds true to the series as you’ll be exploring ancient ruins with mythical puzzles. It looks good, it plays great, and $4.99 isn’t an unfair price at all.

Google introduces new mobile search results for better app discovery
Some Android users are finding that the Google search widget is bringing up a better set of results for apps. Specifically, searching for terms such as “camera apps” yields a clean and clutter free set of results that offers up Android apps and links to the Play Store.
It appears it hasn’t completely rolled out to every just yet. We tried it on two different devices and found one pulling up the new layout while the other was the standard fare of old.
Your mileage may vary when it comes to search terms. Among those we found to work were “baseball apps”, “camera apps”, “fitness apps” and “Star Wars” apps.
It makes sense that Google would adjust its mobile search results with an eye toward apps. Really, we’re surprised it’s taken this long to get this into place.
