You can breathe again, space fans — NASA has returned the Kepler space telescope to normal after a nerve-wracking weekend spent in an emergency mode. It’s still not clear what triggered the crisis (a planned maneuver wasn’t at fault), but the team plans to double-check systems for the next week before carrying on with its extended mission.
