Telegram for Android updated with support for new Emoji

If you’re an ardent Mexican food muncher and a Telegram user, you may want to listen up as the popular messaging service has just received a rather nifty update in the Play Store. In terms of added functionality, this upgrade bring support for Apple’s brand new Emoji set, which contains the largely-requested taco, middle finger and Vulcan salute icons, in addition to a plethora of bug fixes and stability upgrades.

To install the update, simply open up the Play Store, toggle the hamburger menu by swiping in from the left-hand side of the screen, select ‘My Apps’ and click on ‘Telegram’, then hit the update button. Alternatively, you can hit the link below to initiate the download on your smartphone from the Web.
