The quality of front-facing cameras has improved dramatically over the last twenty-four months. Taking a picture with a front-facing camera, or a ‘selfie’ for that matter, now produces results that are worth sharing. Companies like HTC and Sony have even released devices with flash on the front to really maximize performance. Flagships, though, have yet to start including front-facing flash. This summer, that could change with the introduction of the Moto X (2015). Images shared online today show what is allegedly Motorola’s next flagship and a front-facing camera paired with flash is present.

Hit the break to see the image.

As with all Motorola devices, this one seems to have an entertaining boot animation.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. If anything, the display seems taller than its predecessor; however, that could be due to the angling of the photograph.

The new versions of Motorola’s Moto X and Moto G are expected to be unveiled at a company event held on July 28.
