Yu YUREKA PLUS is a new mid-range handset with a 5.5-inch Full HD display
YU, a brand operated by Micromax, just launched the YUREKA PLUS, the company’s latest smartphone in the YU series.
The YUREKA PLUS has a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a subtle curvature minimalist design. It is powered by a Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and runs on Cyanogen OS 12 based on Android 5.0 (Lollipop). It also comes with a boost in the camera department from it predecessor. The device will have Cat4 LTE support, including support for 4G LTE bands (TDD B40 2300MHz and FDD B3 1800MHz) for India.

The YU YUREKA PLUS comes in two colors: MoonDust Grey with a polished finish and a limited edition Alabaster White. The device is priced at Rs. 9,999 and will available exclusively through Amazon starting July 24. Registrations for the sale have already started.
