HTCSense.com goes live
HTC’s new online interface for their Android smartphones, HTCSense.com, has gone live this morning. The site – which will allow HTC uses to remotely track and wipe their handsets, browse messaging content, wirelessly send content and links to the device and more – is free to register for.
However, while sign-ups are currently being accepted, the list of completely supported phones for HTC Sense online is limited to just the HTC Desire HD and the HTC Desire Z, announced alongside the new site and neither of which is commercially available at present.
HTC Launch new colours for Desire and Legend
It’s almost a given that HTC may have a little announcement for us next Monday, but chances are you’d like to let Windows Phone 7 settle in for a bit while you cling on to your trusty green bot. Assuming neither the Desire HD nor the troublesome Desire Z / G2 tickled your fancy, you now have two more options for consideration: a “phantom black” Legend and a “brilliant white” Desire (as seen a few weeks ago). Patrons in Europe should be seeing these new handsets starting this month, but here’s a caveat: we’re told that rather than going 100 percent SLCD for the Desire, it’s actually a mix of both SLCD and AMOLED, so be sure to double-check with your store before handing over your hard-earned euros. HTC HD7 leaks out once more with Dolby Sound, stars in a brief video

HTC may have stemmed the flood of HD7 activity, but details about the 4.3-inch Windows Phone 7 device keep leaking out. Today, an O2 Germany tipster blew off most of the remaining doors. We’ve got what appears to be a full spec sheet confirming a 1GHz processor, 8GB of storage and 5 megapixel camera but also detailing internal memory, a full complement of sensors, quad-band radio frequencies, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and more. There’s also a few pictures sizing up the HD7 alongside a Galaxy S, a training slide for the hopefully-more-than-a-marketing-buzzword “Dolby Mobile Sound,” and for what we believe is the very first time, a cameo appearance on video.

HTC Spark leaked in the wild, shows off plenty of WP7 goodness
Well, it was only a matter of time — first the leaked press shots of this elusive HTC Spark (although possibly misidentified as the Mondrian back then — note the shinier earpiece in the leaked AT&T ad), and now the real thing is in the hands of some lucky hardware tester. Fortunately for us, this guy also happens to have a naughty friend over at xda-developers — you’ll see in his photos that HTC Hub is alive and well, but otherwise, there’s not much info coming out of here. Regardless, feel free to head over to the source link for more Windows Phone 7 eye candy — you’ll need to register first, though, so we’ve grabbed a few shots below to get things going.

HTC Desire HD ROM ported to DROID Incredible, Desire, now EVO 4G
Perhaps you’ve seen the amazing boot time on the HTC Desire HD, which ranges anywhere from 3-5 seconds. A couple days ago, it was announced that the Droid Incredible and Desire had gotten a port of this snappy new ROM, which was showing off the same cool boot time as the original ROM. Now, however, it looks like these two devices aren’t the only ones seeing some ROM porting love, as the HTC EVO 4G has joined in the party.
Keep in mind that these ports should be considered half-baked, as there are issues with camera, wifi, 4G and more. But, if you’re willing to sacrifice those aspects for a speedy ROM, then back up your current configuration, and give it a go! Links to the xda threads are found below:
