Nest Cam and Nest Protect (2nd Gen) available on the Google Store
Nest just finished up its press conference today, revealing the new Nest Cam and Nest Protect (2nd Gen). Both products are available on the Google Store today.
Nest announced the two products earlier today, along with software updates for its thermostat and an overhaul for its Android and iOS apps.
The Nest Cam will run you $199. However, the Nest Protect (2nd Gen) is a tad cheaper at $99. If you’re not interested in the new Nest Protect, the old one has been discounted to $79.99.
Keep in mind that the Nest Cam isn’t just $199, the company will require a subscription for access to video history, alert summaries, better motion sensing, and more.
