Outlook for the iPhone and iPad adds advanced settings and more

by John_A

Microsoft’s Outlook email app for iPhone and iPad has received its first update since launching in late January. The new 1.0.2 version adds new options for group emails, advanced settings so you can tinker with system folders, and more.

Here’s what’s new and improved:

  • Added setting to disable grouping emails by conversation
  • Added advanced account settings to allow users to change their system folders
  • Small improvements to the UI throughout the app
  • Made it easier to add your Box account from the files screen
  • Bug fixes

We really like the new Outlook app a lot and hope Microsoft continues to improve it in the future.
